5. Families and teenagers

Our programmes support mothers and their teenagers. Bookings and payments are made by a parent or guardian. Where a teenager takes part in coaching, this is arranged through the parent, and any information shared about a young person is treated with particular care and used only to deliver the coaching.

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your programme and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are encrypted and processed by Razorpay; no method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
