1. Who we are

This website and the associated coaching services are operated by Sarita Chugh, trading as SuperTeen with Sarita ("we", "us", "our"), based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. You can reach us at saritachughofficial@gmail.com or +91 88813 88842.

2. Our services

We provide personal-development and parenting coaching for mothers of teenagers, including discovery calls, the Empowering Parents course, and the 9-Week Transformation Journey. Coaching is delivered online via one-on-one calls and self-paced course material.

3. Bookings and payments

• A discovery call is reserved by paying a ₹199 booking fee. Your scheduling link is shared once payment is confirmed.
• Programme fees are as listed on the Programmes page (currently ₹3,999 for the course and ₹29,999 for the 9-Week Journey) and are payable in full unless a written instalment arrangement is agreed.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card details.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Scheduling, cancellations and rescheduling

Calls are scheduled through our booking system. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Missed appointments without notice may be treated as a completed session. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and booking information.
• Attend sessions on time and engage in good faith.
• Use the programme material for your own personal use only.

6. Results and expectations

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own participation and circumstances. While we share approaches that have helped many families, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, worksheets, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of SuperTeen with Sarita and are provided for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, record (unless agreed), or share them publicly without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
